2nd Annual Cardinal Plunge, March 19th

There's nothing like jumping into a Minnesota lake in the middle of winter!

Last year marked the first Saint Mary's Cardinal Plunge, a fundraiser in which its proceeds were split between Haiti relief efforts and a fund in honor of Michael Mockler '12 who had been diagnosed with a brain tumor. Check out the last year's video to learn more about this amazing event!

This year, we are looking for a current Saint Mary’s University student at the Winona campus who is in need of the proceeds from the Cardinal Plunge fundraiser that will take place March 19th. The funds can also be raised for a SMU program or an alum that is in need.

To apply:

· Two-page, word processed, paper describing the background information,
the cause of need, and how the funds would be used

· An interview with the FAC Executive Board during the week of Feb. 1^st

· This application is on a "rolling basis" so you can nominate or apply once a need occurs. You can submit you application by email (FAC@smumn.edu) or
